Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to the artwork remain the sole intellectual property of Elizabeth Guzmán, including after purchase.
This applies to original works, limited edition prints, and any current or future reproductions of any kind.

Collectors are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or alter the artwork in any form without the artist’s express written permission.
Sharing images of purchased works on personal social media accounts is always welcome and does not violate this policy.

Sales and Fulfillment

Limited edition prints and objects are offered through this website and produced with museum-quality materials and careful attention to detail.

Poetry books are not sold directly through this site. All poetry books are available exclusively through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s purchasing, return, and refund policies.

Liability

Once an artwork or object is delivered and in the possession of the collector, Elizabeth Guzmán is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or environmental conditions.

This includes, but is not limited to, smudging, fingerprints on print borders, tearing, bending, exposure to moisture, or other forms of mishandling.

Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation will not be provided for damage caused after delivery.
